Sweet pepper "Zolotoy Byk"
Sweet pepper "Golden Bull".
Tender and tasty fruits.
Mid-early (105-110 days from germination to technical ripeness) variety of productive pepper. Recommended for growing in open ground (southern regions) and greenhouses.
The plant is semi-spreading, with an average height of 90-100 cm. The fruits in biological ripeness are yellow, drooping, cuboid-shaped, sweet, juicy, and crunchy. Wall thickness 6-7 mm. Weight 200-250 g.
The variety is good for fresh consumption, fresh salads, frying, stewing and stuffing. Long-term fruiting will ensure regular harvesting of fruits until late autumn.
Sowing seedlings - at the end of February. The seeding depth is 1 cm. Picking is in the cotyledon phase. Planting in a greenhouse - at the end of May-beginning of June. Shaping: removing all side shoots and leaves up to the first fork. Planting pattern: 50x50 cm. Adult plants require attachment to support. It is not recommended to plant seedlings of sweet and hot pepper varieties nearby, because cross-pollination occurs and the sweet pepper acquires a bitter taste.
